Skyrunningshoes.com offers free UPS USPS economy shipping on all orders to all over the world.

Allow 3 – 10 business days for receipt within the United States. This time frame includes both processing and shipping time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Skyrunningshoes.com does offer international shipping .

DELIVERY TIMES

Allow 3-10 business days for receipt .

As a general rule, processing time plus shipping time equals total delivery time. Processing time typically ranges from 1-5 business days. Processing time includes receiving your order and packing the item for shipping. After processing is complete and shipping begins, shipping time is the UPS transit time from our warehouse(s) to your shipping address.

ORDER TRACKING

If you provide a valid email address when you place your order, you will receive two kinds of emails:

1. Immediately after you place an order, you will receive an email with the subject line "Skyrunningshoes.com Order Confirmation". This email confirms your order was received and is being processed.
2. When your order ships, you will receive an email with the subject line "Skyrunningshoes.com Order Shipment Confirmation" that contains your shipment tracking number. With this number, you have 24-hour access to monitor the progress of your package as it is in transit to you.

Once you receive an Order Shipment Confirmation email for an item, you may track its shipment in either of the following ways:

• If you are a registered Skyrunningshoes.com member and logged in to make your purchase, then click here to access your account. When prompted, enter your email address and password. Once logged in, select "View Order History." For any item listed as "Shipped", click the "[Track]" link to view progress of the shipment.
• Whether or not you are a registered Skyrunningshoes.com member, if you have your order confirmation number handy you can click here, enter your order confirmation number and check the status of your order.

If your order appears late, you should consider the following:

• Delivery occurs only on business days, Mondays through Fridays.
• There are certain holidays that carriers do not pick up or deliver.
• It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the USPS website.
