The Classic Rubber Sandal has been a Rainbow staple for over 40 years. Jay Sparky Longley made it to last and it has. We are making the Double Layer Classic Rubber 2.0 with a higher quality rubber so they are softer when you put them on your feet.
The tubular jacquard nylon strap is filled with recycled rubber making it soft, strong, and really good looking. The straps are double stitched to make sure they hold up under the pressure of all kinds of the water-womans wear and tear.
The closed cell pattern on the top sole is durable and designed so you don't slip when they get wet. They have a softer mid sole for instant comfort that is designed to break down 10% over time to form to your individual foot creating the perfect arch support, and maximum comfort. The double layer has an added layer of mid sole and pin line, which starts at the arch and rises towards the heel, for even more comfort and support.
Sparky's goal is to make a Sandal that won't break; he has succeeded in that goal for over 40 years. Now he has mastered the art of functionality, comfort, and design.
